Do you have a store I can visit?

What payment methods do you accept?

Plains Leather ensures your online shopping experience is a breeze. We offer a range of safe and secure payment methods including credit card, PayPal and Apple Pay.

 

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Plains Leather’s online store features a safe and secure payment gateway, and our systems will never store your credit card details.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

Plains Leather is pleased to offer a flat shipping rate of $10 nationwide on all orders.

 

How will my purchase be delivered?

All of our orders are dispatched via Track-and-Trace courier within New Zealand. 

 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

You can expect to receive your Plains Leather purchase within 3 working days when you select standard courier delivery, or up to 5 working days if you live in a rural area.

 

Can I return an item if I don’t like it or change my mind?

Plains Leather observes a NO RETURNS policy on SALE items; however we are more than happy to offer an exchange or store credit for returns on full-priced items in original and unworn condition.We do not offer cash back.

If for some reason you're not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact our team within three days of receiving your order to arrange the return of your purchase and a full refund.

What if my item arrives damaged, or has a fault?

At Plains Leather, we pride ourselves on exceptional quality, and the utmost care is taken with ALL of our orders to ensure your satisfaction. Our expert machinists hand-make all our items in our own Christchurch factory premises, and our team carefully inspects all items before shipping to ensure your satisfaction. While Plains Leather orders rarely arrive in less than perfect condition, we’re committed to replacing any item in the unlikely event that this does happen.
